TREC Approved CE Course Number: 48734

The Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) has adopted new CE rules that require all license holders to take a minimum of three hours of contracts course work for a real estate license renewal. This course meets those requirements, and seeks to help license holders identify, understand, and avoid some of the more common real estate contract mistakes that relate to the particular requirements of the statute of frauds with regard to the essential and material elements of a real estate contract.
